Yes. Platform and Intelligence editions can begin on a single project, then expand to more projects or a full enterprise deployment as your teams standardize on the platform.
AI modules depend on data readiness — the quality and structure of your drawings, documents, schedules and site records. During onboarding we confirm which modules activate for your deployment and what data preparation is needed.
Typical onboarding starts with a data readiness review, then phased rollout by team and project. Timelines are agreed in the deployment plan, and the ACTEMS team supports each phase.
Access is role-based and permissioned per project and document, with a full audit trail of views, changes and decisions. Enterprise deployments include controlled document access and integration with your existing systems.
